1° Admission conditions
In order to be allowed to enter, to set up and to stay on the campsite, it is necessary to have been authorised by the manager or an authorised representative of him or her who is obliged to ensure the proper maintenance, the safety and the good order of the campsite as well as adherence to the application of the present internal regulations. The fact of staying on the Camping de la Brise implies acceptance of the provisions of the present regulations and undertaking to comply with them. The internal regulations are available to guests on request and by display at reception as well as the safety instructions and the evacuation plan that will be given to them on arrival.
2° Police formalities
Any individual who stays at least one night on the campsite first has to show the manager or his or her authorised representative an identification document and complete the formalities required by the police.
Minors: During camping holidays or when renting, unaccompanied minors are not accepted for safety reasons.
The opening hours are displayed. At the reception there is all the information about the campsite services, information about the supplies services, sports facilities, local tourist points of interest and various addresses that may be useful. A claims register is made available to users. These will only be taken into account if they are signed, dated, as precise as possible and refer to relatively recent events.
Guests benefit from the operator’s civil responsibility insurance during their stay for all bodily or material damage that we may be recognised to be responsible for as regards residents. It is up to guests to take out insurance for their car, camper van, tent or equipment, covering them in terms of civil responsibility, damage, theft, etc.
a) Fire - As the site is located in a green area guests are reminded that the campsite is subject to a forest fire risk and that it is up to everyone to remain vigilant. If needed, the site occupants have a telephone at reception to alert the emergency services. Open fires (wood, charcoal, etc.) as well as any gas or oil devices are strictly forbidden. It is forbidden to store any inflammable materials or liquids. In case of fire immediately inform the management or the fire brigade. Campsite extinguishers are to be used if needed. All mobile homes are also equipped with an extinguisher. A first aid kit can be found at reception. Safety instructions and the evacuation plan will be given to every guest on arrival.
b) Cigarettes - Smokers are asked to remain very vigilant when they smoke outside their mobile home. It is strictly forbidden to let ash drop on the ground as well as stubs. Pots filled with sand are located over the campsite to be used as ashtrays.
c) Theft - The management has a general obligation to survey the campsite. Users are responsible for their own equipment and have to inform the manager of any suspicious individual. Although there is a security guard, campsite users are requested to take the usual precautions to ensure the safety of their belongings.
6° Noise and silence
Campsite users are hereby requested to avoid any noise and discussions that could disturb their neighbours. Sound equipment has to be appropriately adjusted. Car doors and boots should be closed as quietly as possible. There should be total silence between 11pm and 8am. The automatic barrier closes from 1am to 6am.
After having been authorised by the manager or his or her authorised representative, visitors, who must register at reception and have paid a daily set fee leaving an identification document, can be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the guests who receive them. A visitor car park is available at the campsite entrance. As far as possible, a parking space could be made available inside for a daily fee. 8° Vehicle driving and parking
The campsite allows only one parking space by parcel, any other visitor vehicle has to be parked at the campsite entrance. On car park access paths, vehicles must be driven at a maximum speed of 10 km/h. Only vehicles belonging to guests can be driven on the campsite.
9° Equipment maintenance and appearance
Every guest is bound to abstain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, the hygiene and the appearance of the campsite and its facilities, in particular the toilet blocks. It is forbidden to throw waste water on the ground or in the drains. Household waste, waste of any kind and paper has to be sorted and placed in selective waste containers located at the campsite entrance. No bin is located on the campsite and every guest has to deal with his or her own waste disposal, sorting and taking to the waste containers located at the campsite entrance.
Washing is strictly forbidden outside one’s mobile home and the laundry foreseen for this use. Every guest can hang his or her washing on a small, mobile clothes line near his or her mobile home provided that it is very discreet and does not disturb the neighbours. When not in use the clothes line should be put away. The clothes line should never be attached to trees.
Extension cords must not under any circumstances cross a traffic lane.
Plants and floral decorations should be respected. It is forbidden for guests to hammer nails into trees, cut branches or plant items. It is also not allowed to make a border around a pitch by personal means, or to dig the ground.
Any damage made to the vegetation, the enclosures, the site or the facilities of the campsite will be paid for by the individual making it. The pitch used during the stay should be maintained in the condition it was found in when the renting party arrived on the premises. The ground of the pitch should remain natural. Garden shelters are forbidden, any awning or other veranda are forbidden apart from a possible blind awning fitted to the caravan. Dishes and other antennas are subject to campsite regulations.
10° Our four-legged friends
Dogs and animals should not be allowed to roam free or enclosed inside the campsite when their owners are away. Owners are responsible for them. The behaviour of them should not disturb the peace, the safety and the cleanliness of the campsite. Their droppings should be picked up by their owners, there are locations for this.
Guests should provide an insurance and vaccination certificate, the rabies vaccination is obligatory, concerning the animal in compliance with the internal regulations and the service memos. First category “attack” dogs (pit-bulls, etc.) are not allowed.
11° Games – Collective facilities
Access to the various collective facilities, games areas, swimming pool, etc. is made under the full responsibility of users. Visitors and unaccompanied minors are not admitted to the facilities. No violent or disturbing can be organised near collective facilities. Children always have to be supervised by their parents.
12° Water area
Users have to comply with the internal regulations of the water area which are displayed at the entrance to the swimming pool and which are available at the campsite reception. If these are not adhered to and depending on the seriousness of the situation, the management may decide to temporarily or permanently exclude the offender.
13° S P A / Fitness centre of the camping SUNELIA Le Clos du Rhône
Users have to comply with the internal regulations of the wellness center which are displayed at the entrance to the SPA and which are available at the campsite reception. If these are not adhered to and depending on the seriousness of the situation, the management may decide to temporarily or permanently exclude the offender.
These internal regulations are displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception. They can be given to guests on request.
15° Breaching internal regulations
If a resident disturbs the stay of other guests or does not respect the provisions of these internal regulations, in case of abusing alcohol or drugs, the manager or his or her authorised representative could verbally or in writing, if needed, warn the latter to stop causing the disturbance.
In case of serious or repeated breach of the internal regulations and after warning by the manager to comply with them, the latter may exclude the user immediately. In case of criminal offence, the manager can call on law enforcement agencies.
16° Clause conferring jurisdiction
In case of difficulties incurring for the execution of these internal regulations, for whatever reason, and if no amicable solution can bring an end to the dispute, only the courts of ARLES / TARASCON will be considered to be the competent ones.
